Return from Nepal about one month ago and have the same
trek like you but started from Jiri. You're right, there
is serious Moist Problem around that area. Your detailed

Are you a pro-photographer? The pictures on your site are excellent.
I took the trip from Kathmandu to Lhasa by jeep last month (Oct) with friends. It was 5-day driving. I also stayed 4 days in Lasha and 4 day in Kathmandu.
When I browsed in your site. The pictures and article remind me the moments in the roof of the world. Everything looks so familiar to me. But i have to say after we passed the highest point 5300m on the second day the view was very different. Tibet side was totally different from Nepal side.
You must have written many itineraries. I hope I can write some but i always don't know how to start after the trip. Can you advise me how to do it? What should i do during the journey?

多謝誇獎！我只是個業餘攝影愛好者
我未到過西藏，但從照片看也發覺兩邊風景截然不同，真希望可以到西藏一遊
如果你第一次製作個人旅遊網頁但茫無頭緒，你可以先試寫一些行程較短、印象深刻的旅行，第一次不用太花巧，否則很容易放棄（其實我去年本想寫一個有關我北彊之旅的網頁，就是第一次寫但理想太高而半途放棄），我的第一個個人網頁是《2000 年沙巴神山之旅》，只是很簡單的數頁，你可以參考一下。
我會在行程中帶備一枝筆和一本小記事本，沿途記下些特別的人和事，以及食住行等資料，加上旅途上的照片，回來後便可以立刻寫下行程日記。應先打字，網頁可以稍後有空閒時再寫。切記不要拖延太久，否則待你熱情冷卻，便提不起勁寫了。
希望你可以快些完成第一個網頁，到時 e-mail 個 URL 給我啦！

The author has given a lot of valuable personnal opinions on touring and trekking in Nepal. The stories involving the guide and other trekkers are also very interesting.
According to the guidebooks, the air should be hazy in April and May. However, from the pictures we know that this comment is probably not applicable to the Everest region. This is an important message for those who are interested in this trek.
After reading the section on mountain sickness, I would like to reinforce one of its message. We should bear in mind the following statement made by a doctor : "If you are not feeling well at altitude, it is mountain sickness until proven otherwise."
